This bank is guaranteed to be an original antique bank as described and actually has the original Arcade Decal as seen in the pictures. There are no problems such as cracks, chips, replacement parts, repaints, etc. The bank has almost no paint wear and the colors are brilliant. Looks like someones hand slipped a little on the crew head and disfigured it a little, otherwise, the bank would be mint.
