Here is a pair of original arcade cast iron model T banks with advertising on roof. I previously had listed one of these a couple of months ago but decided to relist them as a pair. I did some research on the ford dealership listed on the roof and they are still in business. According to AL Aune these were promotional give away’s. I acquired these last year from a neighbor that was moving. He said they belong to a relative that had lived in the Chicago area back in the 1930s he thought. I have been admiring them since I bought them. I noticed when I was photographing the one with the rubber tires that there was two small hairline cracks on the top of the left side of the hood. I never noticed them until now. They are hardly noticeable. When I bought them the original tires were long gone on the one. I put a set of replacement reproductions so it would look complete.
