World’s Fair (Columbus) Mechanical Bank, J. E. Stevens, original
Excellent condition, fully functional. Original paint in gold and silver. Columbus sits on a tree stump; stick a coin in the slot at his feet, press the tab on the stump (on his left side), and up pops an Indian from a fallen tree. The Indian extends a long-stemmed peace pipe in his right hand. Approximately 6-1/2 inches high by 8-1/4 inches long at base (8-3/4 inches with Indian’s fallen tree flipped up) by 3-1/4 inches wide.
