For sale tonight is the “BAD ACCIDENT” Mechanical bank. This is fresh from a recent estate sale and has been professionally cleaned and ready for sale. The bank was made by the J. Circa 1890’s and works great. Hard to find one in better condition. I hope the real collectors are not on vacation and can see the exceptional value of this “Bad Accident” bank. Press the lever and the boy comes out and scares the mule which rears up and throws the driver backwards. The coin which rests in front of the driver is then deposited into the bank. The paint on the bank is still. The bank is approximately 10 1/2″ long, 3 1/2″ wide and 6 1/4 high. This is one of the most coveted of the mechanical banks so make this classic bank a part of your collection. A flash was used to better highlight the colors.
