Offered for sale is the copper electroplated version of “The Globe” cast iron safe bank that screws down from the top. It was manufactured sometime between 1895 and 1903 by the Wing Manufacturing Co. Measures 5 1/8″ tall x 4″ wide. The bank is in very good condition, with the exception of some oxidation to parts of the footed base and to the hinges and the area around same. The combination dial turns smoothly and the. Works as it should, and the combination can be found on a sticker on the bottom of the piece. He bank shows no cracks, breaks, or other damage and it retains most of its original finish. And would make a great addition to any collection.
