This is a really unique mechanical bank by Reynolds toys from 2008. It features Obama and Biden riding a donkey and McCain and Palin riding an elephant. A vote arrow points to the phrase “You Choose” and below that is the White House. All 4 of these candidates have springs below their heads so they move like bobbleheads when you touch them. To drop a coin in the bank, you put a coin in the blue “Vote” arrow and then you push the red lever in the back either to the right or left to choose one party and then press it down. The “Vote” arrow falls to the side that you picked and into the candidates’ bags. The bottom of the bank is felted so that it won’t scratch your table, shelf, etc. D scale, please see below.
