The clown has a red pointed hat with a red v-neck colllar Red lips and red rouge on a cream 9white color face. The Jacket and pants are a dark green. The shoes are two tone, black and creme (white). The bank is made of two halves held together with a screw. It has the coin slot on its back. T was made by A. Believed to be 1908.
