Offered for sale is a beautiful example of a smaller and very hard to find nickel plated “‘Columbia” cast iron Bank. Manufactured by the Kenton Hardware Co. This bank came in four sizes, and this one is the second smallest. Measuring approximately 5 3/4″ high x 4 1/2″ wide x 4 1/2 deep. S can be seen from the pictures, the piece is in excellent condition: there are. No breaks, cracks or other damage, and it retains its original nickel plate finish. The piece is missing its coin trap, but displays wonderfully and is a very fine example of an early architectural bank.
