“Litchfield Cathedral” cast iron bank, made by English producer, Chamberlin & Hill Castings, probably early 20th century. A fairly scarce item, this example is missing one of the three church towers (see photos). This is the condition in which I bought it some years ago. My suspicion is that it broke off quite some time ago–or else was an error of the foundry.
