Welcome to Milkweed Antiques. This wonderful still bank is a Holstein Cow that was made by Arcade Manufacturing out of cast iron. A magnet does stick. I believe the paint was completely removed from this piece. Because the embossing and detail are so nice, this cow bank still looks very presentable. This cow is 2-3/8″ tall x 1-1/8″ wide x 4-5/8 deep. This bank is from the 1910s. This bank was used through the years. As I mentioned above, the paint was completely removed. Please see my pictures.
