This cast iron bank is a depiction of Rumplestiltskin that reads “do you know me” across the feet and base. According to “The Penny Bank Book” by Andy and Susan Moore, this bank design was made in the 1910’s. The authors do not state who made the Rumplestiltskin banks. I have seen them attributed to A C Williams. That seems likely but I can not say with 100% certainty. Measures approximately 6.25″ tall by 2.25″ wide.
