Here is a great Very Rare piece for the Cast Iron Bank collector or Classic Car collector. It is a Vintage Original issue 1920s ARCADE Cast Iron Car Coin Bank, A genuine ” Barn Find”. It is an UNTOUCHED just discovered (I simply knocked the dust off , basically) Cast Iron piece that although heavily worn, and missing rear tires is a Great Survivor piece. Original yellow that has turned dark almost an orange shade and black finish heavily worn but enough left to give it an amazing patina look. I think this was some sort of Promo as it is marked YELLOW CAB Co. Painted on rear doors , front doors marked Lincoln 3333 but sadly almost worn off on driver door, passenger door markings present but weak. Original GOODRICH marked white tires have an extreme case of “Dry Rot” in poor shape, but actually have a very cool look, unfortunately the rear tires are missing. The only damage I can find is a tiny “hairline” crack on the passenger side windshield pillar (shown in final Close-up picture). A real beauty if you want the “Patina” Look or an easy one to fully restore. This old bank was made to look like a 1924 1925 1926 1927 1928 1929 PACKARD Touring Car. MEASURES: 8 1/4 from tip of front tires to the tip of the rear mounted spare tire. Check pictures for condition. I have no other knowledge about this item so please ask questions and check pictures closely!! It quotes a bit too high at times.
