6 1/4 inch tall by approximately 5 inches wide original antique mechanical rooster bank. When a quarter is placed in the slot and the lever is pressed, in goes the quarter and the rooster makes a crowing motion. The original mechanism has been lost and it was as found with a bent hanger wire replacement that works with a quarter size coin. As pictured in the close ups, the bottom beak has a tiny chip off of the end. The digital photo process and lighting adds a little brightness to the original paint and the finish has a very nice patina.
