Offered here is a beautiful example of the “White City Puzzle Safe #326″. Bank, made sometime between 1894 and 1923 by Nicol & Company. Measures 4 1/8″ tall x 2 3/4″ wide x 3 1/4 deep, and is in pristine condition – it. Has no cracks, breaks or other damage, and still retains 99% of its original nickel plate finish and. This is not a scarce bank rated “B” or “Somewhat Hard to Find” in Pierce’s “Iron Safe Banks”. Reference work, but rarely do you find one in this condition. If you want a really exemplary piece of early Americana (the bank was meant to cash in on the popularity of the Chicago, or White City, Exposition of 1893) or are looking to upgrade a collection, don’t pass up the opportunity to own this little gem.
