Antique Kenton Flat Iron Building Still Bank Cast Iron Original 5.5 Inch New York. This cast iron still bank was modeled after the famous Flat Iron building in New York built in 1902. The bank was made by Kenton Hardware Manufacturing Company and dates from around 1919. The bank is 5 ½ inches tall and 3 ½ inches wide at the longest part of the base. It is the original no trap version of the bank where a rod and nut hold the bank together. The bank is in excellent condition with minimal paint wear. There are no cracks, splits, or repairs. It has been in my collection for almost 50 years. Thank you for looking!
