Once you place the coin in his tray and close the door, the funds are deposited in the bank for safe keeping! Notice on the back of the bank, along the bottom edge is stamped into the bank: Patd June 25, 1872 Oct 28, 1875. This bank measures 6 3/4 high and is 4 1/2 x 4 1/4.
