He is M# 171 and rated “D”. (“A” is most common, “B” is a bit harder to find, “C” etc). But the rate only goes to “F” So a “D” is really getting VERY hard to find!! His paint can be seen on the many photos and he is 5 1/8″ X 4 7/16″. All original, never repainted and no breaks or repairs. Just a great looking proud gentleman made to hold coins.
