There is a lever at the back, which you can press, to make the arm move up, the tongue disappear, & the eyes roll back. The idea is to put a coin in the hand, press the lever, and clown swallows the coin. Overall, this mechanical bank is in good condition, with no significant signs of rust, and in working order. Has some wear & light rust flecks, and paint on eyes has worn away. Also missing stopper at the base. Check out my other items.
