It was manufactured circa 1915 by Hubley. There have been many reproductions of this iron bank, but with a different casting. The casting on this original bank has the casting seam going up the underside of the arm and across the front of the headdress, while the reproductions have the casting seam going up the side of the body and then up and across the side of the head (compare the seam to the gold painted reproduction shown below). The bank is 6-inches in height and weighs 13.1 ounces. See photos for details. This bank is in very good condition. There is no damage to the metal surfaces. The only wear is some loss to the paint.
