As you will note, though it could use a cleaning, the bank displays exceedingly well as it retains most of its original blue, red, yellow, and gold paint (I’d rate it very fine). The bank operates thusly: place a coin in the slot, turn the crank, and the monkey revolves and pushes the coin into the bank. All of the parts appear original to the piece, and the mechanism is still strong and works as it should.
