The way the male works is by turning the left ear. His tongue goes in and his eyes flip. The female has a lever behind the left shoulder. Her arm comes up , eyes roll back and tongue goes down. They are not cracked and have all parts. I didnt want to clean them just Incase I hurt the paint.
