Stevens Creedmore Cast Iron Mechanical Bank! Designed by James H. Brown, this bank functions by pulling back the spring on the man’s rifle, loading a coin onto the barrel, depressing his right foot, and POW! The coin fires rapidly into the tree and rings a bell! This particular piece is fantastic for display as it is all original paint and pieces that remain colorful! Tested and works flawlessly! This antique Creedmore Bank is in very good working condition for its age, showing some light paint wear near on the man’s clothes/ body, and some overall fading to the vibrancy of the color. The name plates show moderate loss, and the original writing is hard to make out. The base shows some mild paint loss as well, but there is very minimal oxidation present on the piece throughout. 10″ L x 2-3/4″ W x 6-1/2 H.
