Antique J & E Stevens Cast Iron OWL Mechanical Bank – Owl Turning Head. Antique cast iron mechanical bank by J & E Stevens – Owl turns head. Owl stands about 7 1/2 inches tall. Marked “Patd Jan 17 1888″ on the bottom. The lever does not turn the head, however if you turn the head it snaps back when you let go.
