Embossed Patent No 86503? This was an advertising piece for Billiken Shoes back in the early 1900s, USA. Size: 6 3/4″ high x 3 1/4″ wide x 4 1/4 deep. Weighs 1 3/4 lbs. Condition: Exactly as shown, great condition with some loss of paint. Little bit of rust on toes.
